Triggered when a report associated with a completed verification is available for download. This event is sent when the multi-bureau check report becomes available, and sent again when the AML & CTF screening report becomes available. If screening is enabled, expect two deliveries: the first usually includes whichever report finished first — often multi-bureau, with screening still null — and the second is sent once both are ready. If screening was not enabled, the event is sent once, when the multi-bureau report is available. The webhook payload includes temporary download URLs for:
  • certificate – A certificate of verification PDF
  • multibureau – The multi-bureau identity check report
  • screening – The AML & CTF screening report. Only present when screening was enabled on the verification
Any report that is not available will be returned as null. These URLs are valid for 72 hours. After expiry, they return a 403 Forbidden response. To regenerate download links at any time, use the Retrieve reports endpoint.
