Deactivate an account
Deactivates an account, immediately revoking their ability to log in to the Annature dashboard or send envelopes.
All existing application sessions will be expired, and the user will be fully signed out across all devices.
Deactivating an account does not affect their previously sent envelopes.
Envelopes sent by the account can still be completed or declined as normal, and standard email notifications will continue to be delivered to the sender — even if the account is inactive.
This action is typically used to suspend access for users who have left the business or no longer require Annature access.
